Main working principle and process:

After the host is driven to a certain speed (usually a medium speed), the mixed liquid material to be separated automatically enters the high-speed rotating separation drum of the centrifuge through the feed port and the feeding tube, and is passed through the screen under the action of the centrifugal force field. The small holes of the rotating drum realize solid-liquid separation.

The solid (such as gypsum) trapped on the screen, wait for the filter cake in the drum to reach the set threshold, close the feed inlet, and after washing with water and high-speed dehydration, the main machine is operated at low speed by a scraper to remove the solids from the drum. Separation, and the separated solids are discharged from the discharge hopper.

According to the process requirements of the separation operation and the differences in the physical properties of the materials, according to the time required for each process (feeding, deliquoring, scraping, etc.), the corresponding adjustments can be made through the programmer before starting up, or it can be manually operated.
